Controlled support access

Controlled support access in Beyond.

You can temporarily let support access your account to investigate a problem using real data. This is a separate permission you grant yourself; asking for help does not automatically enable it.

Allow a connection

  1. Open Settings → Security → Support access.
  2. Choose an available duration and scope: read-only or full access within the permitted boundaries.
  3. Confirm your current password and grant access.

The active grant shows its expiry. The connection history shows who connected, their reason, start time, duration, workspace, number of changes and how the session ended. Presence information distinguishes a connected specialist from an entry link that has not yet been opened.

Access boundaries

Read-only access cannot change business records. Full access still does not unlock every action: member administration, data import/export, subscriptions, payment settings and personal security have separate restrictions. Workspace roles and access boundaries remain enforced.

The grant has a fixed duration, and an individual support session lasts at most one hour. Granting access does not mean a specialist is continuously present; check the actual connection state. A support session has a prominent interface band showing its scope and remaining time.

Close access

Select Close access and confirm when assistance ends or the permission is no longer needed. An ended session cannot resume by reloading its page. An external password reset and account deletion also end the relevant access.

Support grants and connection history are personal and excluded from workspace backups. Managing support access is available on every plan. See notifications for externally initiated security events.
