Settings

Settings combines your personal preferences with the current workspace’s configuration. Open the user menu → Settings. The selected tab is preserved in the address, so you can return through a saved link.

Personal sections

General, Appearance, Account, Security and Integrations belong to you. Language and formatting apply across your account’s workspaces. Theme and page width belong to this device. AI connections belong to you, while each grant is tied to the workspace selected during authorization.

Workspace sections

Members, Business, Invoicing, Smart checks, Data and Plan apply to the open workspace. Owners and administrators manage these sections. Members can read the team directory but have no management actions; opening an unavailable workspace tab returns them to General.

Business contains the workspace name, icon, business details and the internal-cost visibility setting. Turning cost tracking off hides its management and profitability interface while retaining existing rates and history. Roles continue to control sensitive data access.

Saving changes

General saves each selection immediately. Appearance applies immediately on this device. Profile, Business, Invoicing and Smart checks forms use Save in the footer; Discard restores saved values. Leaving an edited form asks you to confirm discarding changes. Photo/logo uploads and security actions save independently.
