Devices and sessions

Devices and sessions in Beyond.

Settings → Security → Sessions lists devices currently signed in to your account. Use it after working on a shared computer or when you notice an unfamiliar device.

End access

  1. Identify the device using its label, IP address, sign-in time or recent activity.
  2. Select Sign out for that session.
  3. Confirm. That device must sign in again to continue.

Sign out all other sessions ends the other devices together. The current session is marked This device and stays open. To end this session, use the normal Sign out item in your user menu; the list action cannot revoke its own current session.

This list belongs to your personal account rather than only the active workspace. Ending a session does not delete data or remove your team membership. Access checks also apply to already-open pages, so a revoked session cannot continue making normal requests.

Passwords and connections

An ordinary password change ends all other app sessions. Signing in again in the same browser replaces that browser’s previous session for the same account, avoiding an extra live session for each repeated sign-in. AI connections and personal tokens have their own list in Integrations; an ordinary password change does not automatically revoke them.

IP addresses and device labels help identify sessions, but this is not a geographical sign-in map. Temporary server unavailability does not itself mean you have been signed out: the app offers to retry connecting.

Session management is available on every plan. Add two-factor authentication or a passkey for stronger account protection.
