Plans, promo codes and read-only mode

A plan belongs to a workspace. Open Settings → Plan to see the current plan, expiry, usage meters and comparison. Owners and administrators manage it. Check the app or pricing page for current prices.

Archived clients and projects count toward limits. Active members and open, unexpired invitations use seats.

Starter enables invoices, charges, report exports, Insights, data import, document branding, payment QR and base currency. Pro adds monthly limits, MCP and the client portal. Business expands limits; no plan has unlimited seats. Backup export is also available on Free. Roles and money visibility apply independently of the plan.

Promo codes and seats

Enter a code and review the preview. A code starts a subscription or extends the same plan. Upgrading forfeits the remainder of the previous plan and requires confirmation. Each code can be redeemed once per workspace. Expired, revoked, exhausted or previously used codes fail; the resulting package cannot be smaller than seat usage.

On Pro/Business, Change package shows a calculation. Reductions apply immediately without a refund and cannot go below seats in use. Increasing through checkout is not available yet: use an appropriate promo code or assigned package. “Payments coming soon” does not mean a purchase completed.

Subscription expiry

Data is not deleted. If the workspace fits Free, it continues on Free; otherwise it becomes read-only. Viewing, backup export and PDFs of sent invoices remain available within your permissions; sent invoices can still be marked paid. A suitable renewed plan removes the restriction.

Archiving does not reduce counted resource usage. Freezing or removing members can release seats and let the workspace fit Free. Owner-account deletion creates a separate restriction that upgrading cannot remove. See team management and invoices.
