Dashboard gives you a current-month overview and a starting point for work that needs attention. Select the intended workspace first: its records determine the figures.
Read the figures
Hours represent recorded actual work. Earnings, unbilled amounts and outstanding invoices answer different questions: work earned, work still awaiting invoicing, and invoices already issued but not settled. The daily chart shows how work is distributed; recent entries lead to individual records. Use Reports for another date range.
Fixed-price projects contribute all logged hours, but those hours do not generate hourly earnings. The workspace earnings figure includes issued and paid milestone snapshots on the invoice issue date. Drafts and void invoices add nothing. Keep different currencies separate; see Currencies.
Team and personal context
Owners and Admins can select a member in a workspace with several people. Hours and time-derived earnings then follow that author, while outstanding invoices remain workspace-wide. Members see their own work within their permissions. Giving someone money visibility does not give them invoice-management access.
The getting-started card walks through a client, project and first entry. Hide it when finished; use the search action to show it again. Smart checks are personal to you, independently of the selected member.
Private planning comparisons do not change actual KPI totals. Monthly-limit information appears only when the current month has limits and you have permission to view them. Ordinary Dashboard access does not require buying the monthly-limits feature.
