Time calendar
The calendar places actual work on a timeline and helps you spot crowded days.
The calendar places actual work on a timeline and helps you spot crowded days. Open Time → Calendar and navigate to the intended date. For description searches and bulk operations, use the list.
Create and change work
Select an available calendar area to start an entry with time context, or use the add-entry action. Check project, date, start and duration in the form. Saving adds a calendar block. Open an existing block to inspect the entry; its menu provides editing, history and deletion actions.
With a fine pointer on desktop, an unlocked entry can be dragged or resized. These gestures change recorded actual work, so check the resulting date, start and duration. On touch devices, dragging, resizing and long press are disabled. Open the entry and use its form instead. This touch behavior is unrelated to your subscription.
Locks and meaning
An invoice link restricts entry changes. Locked blocks cannot be dragged, and deletion is disabled with a reason. See Invoices for document rules.
Calendar blocks represent recorded work, rather than a promise to work later. Use private planning for future hours; plans do not increase actual totals. Fixed-price project hours still appear as work, but they do not calculate milestone revenue from an hourly rate.
There is no separate paid calendar feature. Members see their own work, while access to other authors follows workspace roles. If the client already has a published timesheet, editing a calendar block does not update that snapshot. Update it through explicit publication.
