Downloads and PDF preview

A standard report download uses the selected view and actual-entry filters. CSV is available on Free. Excel and PDF require Starter, Pro or Business; this does not prevent free viewing of the report itself.

Export a report

1. In Reports, select dates, filters and Summary or Detailed view.
2. Wait for the result to load.
3. Open Export and select CSV, XLSX or PDF.
4. For PDF, check the preview before downloading.

On narrow screens, actions move into the ⋯ menu. Formats may be disabled while data loads. CSV is built from the loaded result, so wait for the report if it is not ready. Downloads contain actual work; the private planned-versus-actual comparison is not added to the file.

Adjust a PDF

The PDF settings panel offers paper format, orientation and visible columns. Required minimum columns cannot all be removed. Use page navigation, thumbnails, zoom and search in the viewer, then download the result. Viewer settings do not alter source entries.

Money follows current access permissions. Report PDFs preserve native-currency amounts and omit approximate base-currency conversion. The Beyond footer is controlled separately through document settings and branding.

Invoice register exports are different

CSV and Excel in Invoices export the stored filtered register and do not require the report-export feature. They include every matching invoice in list order, with a row per invoice and currency. The maximum is 10,000 invoices; narrow filters if you exceed it.

Sum Billed, rather than the total including carry-over, when measuring newly billed revenue. Stored invoice PDFs also remain readable after downgrade. Those retained-data exceptions do not unlock new standard-report PDF/XLSX exports on Free.
